خواتین یہ بات اچھی طرح جانتی ہیں کہ خشکی (بفا) بالوں کی دشمن ہے ۔ اس کی وجہ سے بالوں کی خوبصورتی ماند پڑجاتی ہے اور بال جھڑنے لگتے ہیں۔ خشکی ایک ایسی پریشانی ہے، جس سے خواتین ہی نہیں، بلکہ مرد بھی عمر کے کسی نہ کسی حصے میں دوچار ہوتے ہیں۔ خشکی دیکھنے میں ہی بری نہیں لگتی ، بلکہ یہ بے چینی کا باعث بھی ہوتی ہے اور سر میں خارش کی وجہ بھی ۔

جلد کی طرح کھوپڑی کی کھال بھی مختلف جلدی بیماریوں کا شکار ہوجاتی ہے، مثلاََ سر میں پیپ والے دانوں ، پھپوندی والے تعدیے (انفیکشن) ، بیکٹیریا کے تعدیے اور خارش وغیرہ کاہوجانا۔ ذہنی وجسمانی دباؤ اور تناؤ بھی خشکی کا سبب ہیں۔ جس قدر ذہنی دباؤ ہوگا، خشکی بھی اُسی قدر شدید ہوگی ۔
بال گرنے یا جھڑنے کے بھی کئی اسباب ہیں۔ بال کچھ عرصے تک بڑھتے رہتے ہیں۔ اس کے بعد ان میں تبدیلی کا مرحلہ شروع ہوجاتا ہے،جوتین ماہ تک جاری رہتا ہے۔ پھر ان کی افزائش رک جاتی ہے اور یہ جڑسے الگ ہوجاتے ہیں۔ جن دنوں بالوں کی افزایش کا عمل چل رہا ہوتا ہے، اُن دنوں ان کی شکل ایک نوک دار چھڑی کی طرح ہوجاتی ہے۔ پھر یہ قدرتی انداز میں گرنے لگتے ہیں۔ روزانہ تیس سے پچاس بالوں کا گرنا ایک نارمل عمل ہوتا ہے۔ اس حساب سے پورے ہفتے میں بالوں کے گرنے کا اوسط تین سے پانچ سو بنتا ہے ۔
جب اس طرح سے بال گرنے لگتے ہیں تو خواتین گھبراجاتی ہیں، مگر اس میں پریشان ہونے والی کوئی بات نہیں، کیوں کہ یہ بال جڑے سے الگ ہوکر نہیں گرتے۔ ایسے بال جن کی نوک نہیں ہوتی ، ان کے گرنے کے اسباب ایک سے زیادہ ہوسکتے ہیں اور یہ ممکن ہے کہ ان کو جھٹکے سے توڑا گیا ہو۔ بال اُس وقت زیادہ گرتے ہیں، جب ہم انھیں دھونے لگتے ہیں، کیوں کہ یہی وہ وقت ہوتاہے، جب بال آسانی سے ٹوٹ پھوٹ کاشکار ہوجاتے ہیں۔ اگر آپ کے بال تیزی سے گررہے ہیں تو آپ کو چاہیے کہ پورے ہفتے گرنے والے بالوں کااوسط نکالیں۔ پھر کسی نتیجے پر پہنچیں ۔

Ingredients:

Distilled water 2.5 Liter
Sodium benzoate 1
Sodium laury ether sulphate (shampoo base) ½ kg
Korean ginseng 20 grams
Juniper berries 50 grams
Coconut diethanolamide 75 grams
Glycerin 75 grams
Ginger essential oil 25 drops
Olive oil 1/2 tsp
Mixture of 5 proteins 1 tsp
Salt ½ tsp
Camomile essential oil 25 drops

Directions:

Crush together juniper berries and Korean ginseng.
Mix sodium benzoate in distilled water. Then add sodium laury ether sulphate (shampoo base) in water and mix it completely (it will take time in mixing).
Now soak crushed juniper baerries and Korean ginseng in mixed water for overnight.
Next day strain the mixture; add coconut diethanolamide, glycerin, ginger essential oil, olive oil, mixture of 5 proteins and salt. Mix all.
Now add in Camomile essential oil in mixture and mix it until this is thickened like shampoo.

[Dove reworked a previous-leave in that i used on my long thick curly hair n i didnt like the results. I have been searching for a replacement for 2 years now. some to thick, to light, some left my hair dry, or greasy one even smelled bad.(sounds like Goldilocks and the Three Bears lol) Herbal Essences long term relationship almost had it but it was a little to thick n to spread it evenly though my hair, even when wet, i would need to much which would leave my hair greasy n heavy but i was the closest i had until this product. it is the perfect consistency and works great with my hair type. if i hear that this product is being discontinued i will be stocking up. i recommend this to anyone who asks what i use in my hair]
